# EHS Incident

Serenity Mobile currently supports basic **EHS Incident** reporting and viewing of the submitted records.

- EHS Incidents opened and assigned to you are displayed on your Home screen.
  - You can open and edit these records by clicking on the tile.
- To see all EHS Incidents, tap the More tab then **Incidents** under the Early Access category.
  - When viewing the Incidents list you’ll see 3 tabs for Assigned to me, Open incidents, and Closed incidents.
