# Environmental, Health, & Safety Incident & Investigation v7.6

## Workspace

Updated Incident Center

- New “My” task lists for Open and Closed Incidents for non-managers
- Minor updates to Injury/Illness layouts to enhance readability and compartmentalize edits
- Updated OSHA 301 PDF generation to set “Title” based on the injured party’s Position
- Updated OSHA 301 PDF generation to set “Completed by” details based on the logged in user

- Relabeled “Work start” to “When employee started work” to match OSHA 301 language

## Bug fixes

- Corrected issue preventing form warnings when required fields missing on EHS Incident or incident detail pages in Vancouver or later versions of ServiceNow
- Corrected issue that prevented non-admins from being directed to Serenity Workspace when creating new EHS Incidents from Classic UX
- Deactivated before query business rule for EHS Incidents that prevented certain records from being accessed by non-managers
- Corrected form layout that excluded “When employee started work” for Injury/Illness records
- Corrected reference qualifier that allowed selection of inactive incident categories for an EHS Incident
