# Environmental, Health, & Safety Incident & Investigation v8.0

## Enhancements & Bug fixes

- Added support for reporting incidents from Serenity Mobile app.
- Added ability to request a review before closing an EHS Incident.
- Added monthly PA indicators to streamline data collection and improve trending on data visualizations.
- Updated EHS Dashboard to display monthly indicators.
- Added support for filtering injury metrics by employee type.
- Deactivated unused record producers.
- Updated OSHA 300A generation to use of Document Templates
- Fixed issue where modal presents a configuration error when users attempt to add a second property damage record to an incident.
