# Environmental, Health, & Safety Incident & Investigation v8.2

## What’s New

- **Streamlined Incident Workflow**

Users can now add and view witness statements directly within the Incident record—no need to initiate a Simple Investigation. For high-severity incidents requiring a deeper dive, a formal investigation with RCA can still be initiated as needed.
- **One-Click Incident & Investigation Reports**

Generate a comprehensive PDF report with a single click. This report includes the main incident record, all related details, witness statements, RCA, findings, and corrective actions—all in one document.
- **Simplified OSHA Reporting for Campus Sites**

Users can now generate a single OSHA 300/300A report for sites with multiple establishments located on the same campus.
- **Smarter OSHA 300/300A Reporting**

Serenity now automatically pre-populates the average number of employees and hours worked on OSHA 300/300A forms—using existing Performance Analytics data.

## Bug Fixes

- Incident close notes not being saved on closure modal
- Employee Type filter on EHS dashboard does not work for serenity users
- Unable to see all OSHA 300/300A documents from establishment record if number exceeds 8 files
- Investigation alert message and button show on a new incident record
- Review buttons not displaying on EHS Incident
- Incident - Witness statement not shown if it was added during the investigation

## Requirements

Requires Washington DC release of ServiceNow or newer.
