# Findings

Findings are specific issues or observations identified during inspections or hazard reporting.

## **Managing Findings**

1. Scroll through the list to find an open item (e.g., "Signage requires updates.").
2. Tap on the item to view the details.
3. Close it out: Tap Close finding.
4. Reason: Select a closure reason (e.g., "Remediated" if you fixed it).
5. Sign off: Add a note explaining what you did, draw your signature, and tap Sign and close.

## Create a Finding

1. Tap the + button near the bottom right of the Findings screen.
2. Complete the required fields.
3. Click Save
