# Inspection and Audit Management v7.6

## New features

- Configurable Multiple-Choice Response Types
  - Users can now define custom multiple-choice response types for inspection templates (e.g. Yes/No/NA, Good/Fair/Poor, Compliant/Non-compliant, Safe/At Risk)
- Inspection Response Scoring
  - Users can now apply scoring rules to inspection templates, enabling more granular assessment and analysis. Define scoring rules such as "Good=2," "Fair=1," "Poor=0," and designate "N/A" as "Not Scored" as needed.
  - Scores are calculated as a percentage of the maximum possible score, offering a standardized and meaningful way to evaluate inspections.
  - Scores roll up to provide an overall inspection score and individual scores for each section of the inspection.

  - Support for new response type definitions and response scoring definitions
  - Updated layout

  - Support for new Multiple Choice response types and response scoring
  - Updated layout
  - Ability to cancel an Inspection
- Updated Inspection Center
  - New “My” task lists for Open and Closed Inspections for non-managers
  - Includes inactive Inspection templates within the Inspection templates list

## Bugfixes

- Corrected issue preventing form warnings when required fields missing on Inspection or Inspection Templates in Vancouver or later versions of ServiceNow
- Corrected issue that prevented non-admins from being directed to Serenity Workspace when creating new Inspections from Classic UX
- Corrected issue preventing reminder notifications for Inspections from sending prior to due date
- Deactivated before query business rule for Inspections that prevented certain records from being accessed by non-managers
