# Inspection and Audit Management v8.4

## What's New

### Inspection Template Dashboard

- Introduced a new page for inspection template owners to view and visualize performance data across assessments.
- Monitor open inspections, inspection findings, and corrective/preventive actions to ensure effective completion.
- Review results from inspections completed during a specified timeframe (this month, this quarter, this year, etc).

### Weighted and Unweighted Scoring

- Updated inspection scoring methodology to include support for unweighted scores.

### New Inspection Response Types

- Expanded options: In addition to existing response types, inspections now support:
  - Reference fields – lookups to other tables within Servicenow
  - Date/Time fields – capture precise dates and timestamps directly in inspections

### Dedicated Findings & Actions Tab

- Added a findings and actions tab to the inspection page.
- Provides a clearer, full-page view, making it easier to review and manage all findings and actions identified during inspections.

### Additional Enhancements

- Streamlined experience for applying section weights on inspection template page.
- On-demand generation of PDF reports from the inspection task page.

- Inspection required notes, issues, attachments not displaying
- Response Types - Modifying an existing response type can result in data loss
