Choose your default language and click **Continue**. Notice that below the Serenity logo there’s a language selector which you can use to change your language. There are 3 options on the login screen: 1. Login to Ascend 2. Register for Ascend 3. You’ll first be prompted to confirm Serenity Mobile (SerenityEHS) wants to use serenityops.com to sign you in. Next you’ll see another confirmation screen asking you to allow Serenity Mobile to connect to your Serenity EHS account. Click **Allow**. 1. Return to Serenity Mobile and select **Login to Ascend** and enter the provided user name and password to login. ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/7951ec8a-9aa7-4a24-82dd-bc5d6b13dc78/Images/Documentation/image(147).png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-03T18%3A23%3A32Z&se=2026-11-03T19%3A23%3A32Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=qPX6gAUgBh1l3ijzTsvS4Yhp%2B4AWJlsCMMJ6snZHYUw%3D) ## Setting App Permissions After logging into your Serenity EHS environment, Serenity Mobile will walk you through 4 permissions steps. ### Camera Access Granting Serenity Mobile with camera access isn’t required but is recommended to get the most out of the experience. There is a geolocation feature within Serenity Mobile to capture longitude and latitude when submitting records such as EHS incidents and hazards that requires permission to use your device location. Granted full access does provide the best user experience. Once the above steps are complete you will be brought to the **Home** tab and can begin using Serenity Mobile.
