# Serenity - Core v8.2

## Risk Management Enhancements

- Enhanced Entity Search for Risk Assessments:
  - Redesigned the new inspection modal to streamline how users search and browse the entity hierarchy.
  - Added support for configurable columns to enhance visibility during selection
- Risk Template Performance Dashboard:
  - Introduced a dedicated dashboard for risk assessment template owners to visualize performance data across assessments.
- Establishment-Level Risk Scorecard:
  - Added a new Risk Scorecard tab to the Establishment page, giving site managers and personnel a quick, at-a-glance view of:
    - Hazards present at the facility
    - Controls in place to mitigate those hazards
- Report Designer for Risk Assessment Templates
  - Risk assessment template owners can now define and configure PDF reports to be automatically generated upon completion of a risk assessment.

## Bug Fixes

- Users are able to add comments/work notes after closure or without write access.
- Unable to see all OSHA documents from establishment record if number exceeds 8 files
- If Initiative or Cohort are empty, scheduler fails with no warning.
- Server error on finding and actions page
- Fix Script: 'Update Initiative Scoring' not working as expected
- Investigation page fails to load when new record is navigated to
