New Operational Compliance Experience

  • New “Compliance Center” landing page providing users with:

    • The “Your work” tab provides streamlined access to current and upcoming compliance activities assigned to them or their groups

    • The “All open activities” and “All closed activities” tabs enable OpCom managers and admins to quickly access all current and upcoming compliance activities within their organization

    • The “Permits” tab provides easier navigation to view all Permits within the organization

  • The new “Compliance Calendar” page provides users with the ability to view their current and upcoming compliance activities on easy-to-use calendar and timeline visualizations.

  • The new ability to create and edit one-time and recurring compliance activities directly from the Compliance Center, Compliance Calendar, and Permit pages.

  • Updated notification configurations to support email and Workspace notifications when future tasks are scheduled to begin.

New Serenity Mobile App

  • Implemented new scripted rest APIs to support the use of the Serenity Mobile application for iOS and Android

  • Introduced the ability to create, assign, and complete the following task types from a mobile device:

    • Findings

    • Actions

    • Inspections

  • Introduced the ability to create, edit, and view tasks associated with the following entity types from a mobile device

    • Establishments

    • Zones

    • Processes

    • Assets

    • Vehicles

  • Introduced QR code support enabling users to create, download, and display unique QR codes for each entity within the organization.  End users can scan QR codes to view and complete open tasks assigned to each entity.

Risk Management Enhancements

  • AI control recommendations provide risk assessors with recommended control plans to mitigate the risk of each identified hazard on an assessment.

  • Template-based access controls on risk assessments enable template owners to control which users in the organization can create assessments and access risk assessments that use their templates.

  • Updated labels on risk assessments to provide better clarity and alignment with industry standards.

    • Risk table (x_sehs_core_risk) re-labeled to “Hazard”

  • Implemented order-by capability that enables risk template owners to define and modify the order in which hazards appear on a risk assessment

  • Risk center layout updates that provide easier access to risk assessments and templates assigned to the user and their groups.

  • Updated modal experience for creating new risk assessments that enable users to easily browse the hierarchy of entities within their organization (e.g. org units, establishments, zones, assets, etc)

Internationalization and Translation Support in Workspace

  • Updated Serenity Workspace to support translations on the Homepage, Risk Center, Risk Template, Risk Assessment, Findings & Actions Center, and more.

    • Note: requires internationalization to be enabled and messages to be translated to the desired languages. Contact Serenity Support for more information about translations.

Other Enhancements & Bug fixes

  • Updated Findings and Actions Center page layout to provide easier access to findings and actions assigned to the user and their groups.

  • Updated activity log configurations on tasks to improve the relevancy of form updates tracked and displayed within the activity journal.

  • Updated timecard entry data model to directly reference an establishment, resolving an issue where hours worked values can be skewed when a person’s establishment changes.

  • Updated performance analytics indicators to enable the use of multiple filter breakdowns.

  • Added the ability to define assignment rules when creating a risk assessment or inspection schedule.

  • Resolved issue where the incorrect facility manager is displayed on the employee homepage

  • Resolved issue on task pages where users can close tasks without completing all required fields.

  • Resolved issue on risk assessment/inspection schedule experience where users are unable to remove applied filters when manually selecting applicable entities.
