The Inspections & Audits application in Serenity is designed to support collaboration across your team—while ensuring that only authorized users can perform critical functions like template creation, assignment, and administration. This guide explains who can do what based on their assigned role.
Default Access
By default, any user can:
View and complete inspection tasks assigned to them
View and complete inspection tasks assigned to groups they are a member of
This ensures that front-line users can participate in inspections without requiring special roles.
Inspection Roles
These roles can be granted via the Access Management page within the Serenity Workspace:

Templates they own
Templates explicitly shared with them by template owners

Opened by them

As a Template Owner, You Can:
Share a template with specific users or groups

Set default permissions for new inspections created from the template
