Logging in with User name and Password

To access Serenity:

  1. Go to your Serenity login URL
    (e.g., app.serenityops.com)

  2. Enter your credentials:

    • User name: Use your work email

    • Password: Set during your first-time setup or provided by your admin

  3. Click “Log In”
    You’ll be taken to your organization’s workspace.

💡 Can’t remember your password? You can request a password reset.


Logging in with Single Sign-On (SSO)

If your organization has enabled Single Sign-On (SSO), you can log in using your company credentials.

  1. On the login screen, click “Log in with SSO”

  2. Enter your work email address

  3. You’ll be redirected to your organization’s secure login page

  4. After authentication, you’ll be logged in automatically

💡 Your browser will remember this preference for future logins, so you can skip entering your email next time.

🛠️ Having Trouble with SSO?

  • Make sure you’re using your official work email when logging in

  • If you're not redirected to your company’s login page, SSO might not be enabled for your account

  • Try logging in with your local email and password instead

  • Still not working? Contact your internal IT team or Serenity Support to confirm if SSO is configured for your organization


Request a password reset

To request a password reset for your Serenity user account:

  1. Go to your Serenity login URL
    (e.g., app.serenityops.com)

  2. Click “Forgot Password?”:

    • Username: Use your work email

  3. Click “Next”:

    • Email: Re-enter your work email

  4. Click “Next”
    Instructions to complete the password reset will be sent to your work email.
