Navigating Your Workspace

The Serenity Workspace is your central hub for managing all Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) activity. Whether you're reporting incidents, tracking audits, or reviewing open tasks, everything starts here.

This guide will walk you through the layout so you know where to find what you need.

Top Navigation Bar (Header)

Located at the top of your screen, this bar gives you access to global actions and support options:

Company Logo – Click here to return to your homepage at any time
Workspaces - Switch between the Health and Safety Workspace (default) and Analytics Center (advanced reporting)
My Organization – Access organization-wide settings and manage your organizational hierarchy
Get Support – Open help guides or contact Serenity support
Search – Quickly find incidents, inspections, or tasks by keyword
Notifications & Profile – Access recent alerts and manage your user settings

Left-Hand Application Navigator

This vertical menu is your main tool for navigating the platform's core modules:

	Module	What You Can Do
	Home	View your workspace homepage
	Reports / Dashboards	View and create custom dashboards with analytics and data visualizations
	Incidents	Report and track injuries, near-misses, and other EHS incidents
	Investigations	Assign and complete formal investigations of EHS incidents
	Inspections	Create reusable inspection & audit templates and use those templates to perform inspections and audits throughout your organization
	Risk Assessments	Configure risk assessment templates use those templates to perform risk assessments throughout your organization (e.g. Job hazard assessments, Process risk assessments, Machine risk assessments, etc.)
	Operational Compliance	Manage a calendar of recurring safety checks, reviews, or approvals
	Findings and Actions	Track Findings (e.g. safety concerns and unsafe conditions) and assign corrective/preventive actions with due dates
	Establishments	View the list of active establishments and access site-level information
