The Serenity mobile app allows your team to report incidents, complete inspections and risk assessments, and resolve corrective/preventive actions directly from the field — even without internet access.

Follow these steps to get started with the app on iOS or Android devices.


Step 1: Download the App

The Serenity mobile app is available for free on major app stores:

  • iOS (iPhone/iPad): [App Store link]

🔐 Make sure you have a registered Serenity account before logging in.


Step 2: Log In

  1. Open the app

  2. Tap “Login with Ascend” or “Login to Enterprise” and enter your organization's unique subdomain
    (e.g.,
    yourcompany.service-now.com)

  3. Log in using your email and password

💡 If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), tap “Log in with SSO”


Step 3: Set Up Offline Access (Optional)

Need to work in areas with poor or no connectivity?

  1. Go to More > Settings in the app

  2. Toggle on Offline Mode

  3. Sync your data before going offline for the first time

🔄 The app will periodically synchronize with the server while online. Any entries made offline will automatically upload when you reconnect.
