This guide walks through the same Siteframe safety walk workflow shown in the Serenity Mobile guide, but from the Serenity Workspace (desktop) web experience. It covers uploading a video, letting Siteframe generate observations, reviewing and adding observations, building a response plan with AI-suggested actions, and closing out the Safety Walk.

1. Login and Access Siteframe

1. Go to app.serenityops.com

2. Enter your provided username and password, or select the Login with SSO option

3. Complete the login steps to authenticate and view your organizations Serenity environment.

2. Start a New Safety Walk

Open the Safety Walk module

From the Serenity Workspace left navigation, select the Safety Walk icon. This opens Safety Walk Management where you can access your Safety Walks, Safety Walk Actions, and view all Safety Walk items if you have elevated access.

Select New Safety walk button in the top right. A modal opens with two options: Upload a video or Record manually. For Siteframe AI processing, select Upload a video then choose the location/site/entity the safety walk is being performed against in the Select an entity field.

Choose a video file

If you selected Upload a video, click in the Upload videos area. Locate the video you want to analyze and select it. You can also drag and drop the video into the Upload videos area.

Confirm details and submit

Back in the New Safety walk dialog, confirm the entity and that your video has been attached, then select Submit.

3. Upload and Processing

Wait for the upload to complete

A progress bar tracks the video upload. Larger files will take longer. This example is a 29 MB, 18-second clip.

Once the upload finishes, Workspace creates the new Safety Walk record and takes you to it directly. On the Safety Walk record, the Video attachments panel shows your video as processing, and the Observations panel shows a processing banner while Siteframe's AI analyzes the footage. No action is needed here  just wait for analysis to complete.

Review AI-Generated Observations

Once processing finishes, Siteframe-generated observations appear automatically in the Observations panel. Each one includes a description, relevant hazard tags, and a Severity and Likelihood rating.

Select the video thumbnail in the Video attachments panel to open a playback modal. This is the original footage Siteframe analyzed, useful for confirming context behind a given observation.

Add Observations and Build a Response Plan

Add an observation manually

Select Add observation to log something in addition to what Siteframe generated. Fill in the Description, Classification, Likelihood, Severity, and Hazards fields, then submit.

Generate AI action suggestions

Open an Observation and select Generate suggestions. Siteframe recommends actions, each tagged with a priority level and type (Preventive, Corrective, or Other), with a checkbox to select the ones you want to add to your response plan.

Selected suggestions are added as actions directly under the observation, each with its own action number, type, and priority.

Add an action manually

You can also select Add action to create an action from scratch. Fill in the short description, action description, type, priority, state, and assignment details, then save.

Close the Safety Walk

Once your observations and response plan are in good shape, select Close Safety walk in the top right of the record. Confirm in the dialog that appears.

The Safety Walk's state updates to Closed Complete, and the Close Safety walk button is replaced with Reopen safety walk for managers and admins. Observation and action controls are disabled once the walk is closed.
