General
What is Siteframe?
Siteframe is AI-powered safety observation software that analyzes jobsite video to understand work as it happens, identify emerging risks, and recommend corrective and preventive actions automatically. It's built for safety professionals and operations leaders in high-risk, high-compliance industries such as construction and manufacturing.
What problem does Siteframe solve?
Traditional safety walkthroughs, Gemba walks, and safety checkups are valuable, but they only capture a snapshot of conditions at the moment someone happens to be looking. Siteframe turns video from a walk into structured, AI-analyzed data, closing the blind spots that come from relying on a single observer's manual notes.
How does Siteframe capture video?
Siteframe can capture clips from a mobile device or can process uploaded video that already exists. On Serenity Mobile specifically, you can record a video on the go, upload an existing video from your device, or skip video and log observations manually.
Siteframe AI Video Analysis
What does the AI actually do with my video?
Once a video is uploaded, Siteframe's AI detects and classifies safe and at-risk behaviors and conditions in real time, and generates time-stamped highlights and context for each observation automatically. In the Serenity Mobile app, this typically takes about 30 seconds to begin returning results after a video is uploaded.
Can I add my own observations alongside the AI's?
Yes. You can manually add observations to a Safety Walk in addition to the ones Siteframe generates — for example, to note a safe behavior or something outside the video's frame. Manual observations let you set your own classification, severity, and likelihood.
Can I edit an AI-generated observation?
Category, severity, and likelihood on Siteframe-generated observations are kept read-only. This preserves the integrity of the AI's classification. Manually added observations, by contrast, are fully editable after you save them.
What if an AI-generated observation is wrong or a duplicate?
You can remove any observation from a Safety Walk. Select it, open the options menu, and choose a reason — duplicate, incorrect, or another reason — before removing it.
How does Siteframe recommend corrective actions?
For each observation, Siteframe recommends corrective and preventive actions with supporting evidence, along with a suggested priority level. You can review these recommendations, save the ones you want to act on, and assign them to yourself or a teammate — building out a response plan without having to draft actions from scratch.
Does Siteframe only flag problems, or does it surface trends too?
Both. Beyond individual observations, Siteframe uses AI clustering across accumulated observations to surface patterns and emerging risks, so safety teams can act before those patterns turn into incidents.
Platform & Integrations
Does Siteframe replace our existing EHS platform?
Not necessarily. Siteframe can run standalone, integrate with the EHS platform you already use, or unify with Serenity EHS for a single connected system of record — whichever fits how your organization is set up today.
What if we already use a different EHS system?
Siteframe is designed to deploy without changing your current stack. It integrates with your HR system, supports single sign-on, and offers two-way sync of observations and CAPAs with EHS platforms you may already own, including Cority, Intelex, and Enablon.
What does unifying with Serenity EHS give us that a standalone deployment doesn't?
Running Siteframe unified with Serenity EHS gives you one login, a shared taxonomy, and unified incidents, audits, training, and analytics across the full EHS lifecycle, rather than managing safety observation data separately from the rest of your EHS program.
