Viewing the EHS Dashboard and Reports

The Serenity Dashboard is your command center for understanding workplace safety performance. It provides real-time insights into incidents, injury trends, and key safety metrics to help you track progress, identify risks, and take action.

Whether you're a frontline EHS professional, a site leader, or an executive, the dashboard gives you the visibility you need—all in one place.


Accessing the Dashboard

To access the EHS Dashboard:

  1. Click the Dashboard icon in the left-hand application navigator.

  2. Select EHS Dashboard from the list (if applicable).

  3. Use the dropdown filters at the top of the page to tailor the view:

    • Employee Type

    • Organization

    • Establishment

    • Date Range


YTD Safety Indicators

The top section of the dashboard summarizes your year-to-date safety performance, including:

  • DART (Days Away, Restricted, or Transferred rate)

  • TRIR (Total Recordable Incident Rate)

  • LTIFR (Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate)

  • Recordable / Reportable Injuries

  • Fatalities

  • Lost Time Injuries

  • Hours Lost

Each metric includes trends over time and can be filtered to focus on specific groups or sites.

Injury Trends and Analysis

Further down the dashboard, you’ll find detailed analytics that help answer important questions like:

  • What types of injuries are occurring?
    (e.g., cuts, sprains, fractures)

  • What are the leading causes or mechanisms?
    (e.g., mechanical, electrical, struck-by incidents)

  • When are injuries happening?
    By day of week and time of day

  • How are injuries treated?
    (e.g., first aid, hospital visits)

Who and Where: Workforce & Establishment Metrics

The dashboard also gives you insights by:

  • Employee position or job role

  • Establishment or facility

  • Injury classification breakdown (recordable, lost time, etc.)

Use these tables to spot high-risk teams or locations and prioritize interventions.


📉 Injury Trends Over Time

Lastly, track how injury rates evolve:

  • By quarter or by month

  • Reportable, recordable, fatal, or lost time injuries

Use this section to spot seasonal patterns or measure the impact of safety initiatives.
